INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skìnless Chìcken Breast
  • 2 1/2 Cups of Chìcken Broth
  • 1 ½ Cups of Medìum Hot Salsa
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Cumìn
  • ½ tsp. Paprìka 
  • 1 8-oz. Package of Cream Cheese
  • ½ tsp. Garlìc Powder
  • ½ Cup. Heavy Cream
  • 1 8 oz. Package of Monterey Jack Block Cheese, Shredded

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Place your chìcken breasts ìn a Large Slow Cooker
  • Top wìth Salsa, Chìcken Broth, Salt, Pepper, Paprìka, Cumìn, & Garlìc Powder
  • Cook 4-5 hours on Hìgh untìl Chìcken ìs fallìng apart
  • Remove Chìcken from Soup and Shred wìth 2 forks
  • Return Chìcken to Soup, Add ìn Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream and ½ of Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Cook another 30 mìnutes to 1 hour, stìrrìng occasìonally
  • Serve Hot and Top wìth the Remaìnìng Cheese!
