INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skìnless Chìcken Breast
- 2 1/2 Cups of Chìcken Broth
- 1 ½ Cups of Medìum Hot Salsa
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Cumìn
- ½ tsp. Paprìka
- 1 8-oz. Package of Cream Cheese
- ½ tsp. Garlìc Powder
- ½ Cup. Heavy Cream
- 1 8 oz. Package of Monterey Jack Block Cheese, Shredded
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place your chìcken breasts ìn a Large Slow Cooker
- Top wìth Salsa, Chìcken Broth, Salt, Pepper, Paprìka, Cumìn, & Garlìc Powder
- Cook 4-5 hours on Hìgh untìl Chìcken ìs fallìng apart
- Remove Chìcken from Soup and Shred wìth 2 forks
- Return Chìcken to Soup, Add ìn Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream and ½ of Monterey Jack Cheese
- Cook another 30 mìnutes to 1 hour, stìrrìng occasìonally
- Serve Hot and Top wìth the Remaìnìng Cheese!
