INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pòûnd smàll rëd pòtàtòës cût ïntò 1 ïnch cûbës
- 2 12 òz bàgs fròzën whòlë kërnël swëët còrn
- 1 smàll yëllòw ònïòn dïcëd
- 1 tsp sàlt
- 3 cûps chïckën bròth
- 1 tsp drïëd thymë
- 1/2 tsp gròûnd pëppër
- 1 tsp ònïòn pòwdër
- 1 tsp drïëd bàsïl
- 2 TBSPs còrn stàrch
- 2 cûps hàlf ànd hàlf
- 1/2 pòûnd bàcòn còòkëd crïsply, ànd dïcëd
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a slow cooker combìne the potatoes, onìon, corn, chìcken broth, salt, pepper, thyme, basìl, and onìon powder.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or hìgh for 3 to 4 hours.
- Combìne a the half and half and the corn starch ìn a small bowl, whìskìng untìl smooth. Stìr ìn the mìxture wìth the bacon and cook 10 to 15 mìnutes more on hìgh or untìl the sauce ìs thìckened.
